Malbec

Presentation: Intense red colour, brilliant, with dark hues, signature Malbec. Fruityaromas, hints of red fruits such as plums and cherries. A well-balanced wine. Round, persistent and above all elegant flavour when it hits the palateUndoubtedly a great wine.

 Crafting:

 Production: the grapes are distempered, cooled and placed in tanks of stainless steel where they are inoculated with selected yeasts of french origin after a soft cold maceration process. The alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately between 7 and 10 days at temperatures that do not surpass 25-27 º C in order to preserve the fruit in the wine. Once the wine is ready it's aged in stainless steel tanks for six months.

Malbec Reserva

Presentation: Intense red colour with violet hues, brilliant. When it hits themouth the red fruits such as plums, blackberries, ripe raspberries are tasted. Important contribution of oak but in complete harmony with the fruit. Kind on the palate, complex, persistent and very round, velvety. A great match forunforgettable moments.

 Production: the grapes are distempered, cooled and placed in tanks of Stainless Steel, where they are inoculated with selected yeasts of french origin after a soft cold maceration process. The alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately between 7 and 10 days to temperatures that do not surpass 25-27º C, this is done in order to preserve its own fruits within the wines. Malolactic fermentation: to accomplish this fermentation we use Lactic Selected Bacteria of French origin. Aging: Once the wines are obtained they are aged for 6 months in casks of 225 l of French oak and a small percentage in American oak. Once the process is finished the rammer in bottles takes 6 months.
